tracked shipping for USA orders. you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. orders typically arrive within 3-7 days.

✦ international snail mail:

for orders going to all countries outside of the US containing only stickers or small prints. this shipping option is a stamped envelope that comes with no tracking. orders will typically arrive within 2-12 weeks. due to being unable to track this shipping option, refunds are not available for lost mail. (unless your country is not currently available for tracked mail, therefore only stickers are available for purchase).

✦ international tracked mail:

tracked shipping for orders in available countries outside the USA. you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. orders typically arrive within 1-4 weeks. due to the price of shipping labels outside of the US, only refunds are available for this option.

There is no return policy, however, if your order is damaged upon arrival or lost in the mail (if you selected USPS tracking), email me at elizagelinasmusic@gmail.com and I will replace your order.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you’ll have to pay extra to cover the new shipping label.
